  I would give zero stars if I could. First off, the security guard is the rudest woman I have ever met. She is suppose to be there to keep you safe and help if needed. You try to ask her a question and she cuts you off mid sentence. ATTITUDE! Second I was there to declare my father deceased and they messed up and declared both of my parents deceased. My mother having to deal with being a recent widow now has to deal with all her bank account being frozen, credit cards canceled...etc. because SS says she’s dead. It’s unbelievable how people can get away with doing their jobs so poorly.
