  I don’t even know where to begin. I came across the Staten Island Winter Wonderland ad on Groupon. I read the reviews, it seemed like something that would be fun. Most importantly it seemed like an event for all ages. That was not the case, this is an event for kids. The ice skating rink was made of plastic. This was my first time attempting to ice skate. The plastic material made it very difficult to do so. I thought they’d be real ginger bread in the Santa’s Workshop, but it was just a tiny paper looking cookie. The rides were 3,4 and 5 tickets each. I spent $60 on a booklet of 40 tickets I believe. However I went home with more than half of the tickets, because the rides just weren’t age appropriate for me. Kids would probably enjoy this event, but it’s not for adults. I still took a few pics and tried to make the most of my time there.
