  I like how you can step off the Staten Island Ferry and immediately get access to this prime waterfront real estate. It has a laidback vibe and has great views of New York harbor. Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty are not as close so it’s best to bring binoculars or a camera that can zoom in distant objects with ease.
