  This was my first time dealing with SI Buick GMC. I picked up my car just two days ago and I already have made two personal recommendations. The entire staff made me feel welcome. In particular, the salesman who helped me, Fred Vinciguerra, was friendly, competent, trustworthy and professional. No high pressure tactics, no bait and switch. Even after the sale, he introduced me to the entire sales and service staff and took whatever time was necessary to go over every last detail I needed to know about my new vehicle. I didn't feel like he rushed through it. He made me feel very valued as a customer.
