  I brought my car in for a minor repair, I received my car back with black grease stains all over the back seat, and white lithium grease fingerprints and over spray all over the interior. And the mechanic filled the entire window frame with white lithium grease. So every time I close and then reopen the window the entire edge of the window gets covered in grease again. I spent 2 hours cleaning it and still couldnt get it all out...
  
  Upon my 2nd return the mechanic working on my vehicle took it upon himself to peel off the protective plastic covering the door panels that I have left on for nearly a year. They were never touched because I rarely have anyone sit in the back seat, so I figured I would keep the protective plastic on to keep the panels in perfect condition..... but then a visit to the service center and they are gone because someone decided they knew what was best for MY CAR.. What kind of idiot takes it upon themselves to alter ANYTHING on someone else's car without asking them first?
  
  The work that was done was not done correctly, and I will be returning now for the 3rd time to have a very minor repair fixed AGAIN.
  
  Your only as strong as your weakest link and it would seem that some of the mechanics they have working in the Mazda / Toyota service center are sloppy, dirty, lazy and have ZERO regard for other's property. some Nerve. I would love to see their reaction if someone treated their new car that way..
  
  The sales team are good, and the people that run the service center are nice and seem to really want to help... But some of the mechanics they have actually working on your car have ZERO regard for other people's property. And clearly take no pride in the work they do with minimal effort..
