  This review is for the Petsmart on Forest Avenue. I have been coming here for over 6 years for grooming and vaccinations for my 3 pets. I called to make an appointment for my dogs to be groomed and was told I needed to renew rabies shots for my animals. I was told I can come in today to have those shots done so the dogs could be groomed the following day. I meet with a woman named Cathy who should not be interacting with people. She may be good with dogs, but clearly people are not her forte. For a place that just opened, you would think she just worked an 18 hour shift. She's immediately aggravated and doesn't want to do any additional work. I won't be returning here for any services as I feel I was treated like a moron for coming without an appointment even though I was advised to. Petsmart: you need to pay more to find more competent employees because these people act like trash and ultimately will put you under. Now that I see the terrible reviews you already have, I understand the dynamic. Let's see if Cheif of Staff Cindy or manager Antonio gives any attention to this review. I highly doubt it. You guys lost a customer for life.
