  I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning and an exam here. I was pleased there were several positive reviews and was prepared for a good experience since I have great teeth (never a cavity in 50 years, no braces, no issues ever.)
  STRIKE ONE: They were 45 minutes late taking me despite my calling ahead to ensure they were on schedule. (I do NOT like waiting.)
  
  STRIKE TWO: I had the WORST cleaning experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, I didn't get the long, dark-haired woman's name as she never introduced herself. She was unbelievably rough. She cracked my lip (drew blood!) when she over-aggressively stretched my lip to the right. She has the heaviest touch of any hygienist ever. Several times throughout the cleaning she hit teeth she wasn't working on as she was careless as well as thoughtless. When I said she was hurting me, she complained about how much tarter was on my teeth.
  
  I do not recommend this place for a cleaning.
  
  The dentist herself seemed fine, nice enough. Since I have zero dental issues, I went for the cleaning and was terribly disappointed in the service.
