  It's says "cash for junk cars" but yet don't want to pay you for a non running car? And hit you with "free pick up?" Gtfoh. Can you explain how that makes any sense?

  I called bay view for a part after he announced the price, I tried to negotiate it. he hanged up the phone on me.
  The whole conversation lasted 22 sec.
  very unprofessional.
  I di not bother calling back because I will never call or buy from this place.
